I love the idea of decorating a space around a rug. I myself planned my decor around my white and orange striped rug from Flor. I just discovered Dash and Albert, a Massachusetts based rug company that specializes in fun, striped/geometric patterned cotton rugs (they also carry decorative pillows and throws to complement their rugs, which I have featured as well). They also have wool rugs, but it was their cotton products that really caught my attention because of their nice price point. A 4'x6' cotton rug ranges from just $104-$138! In the world of rugs, that is very reasonable.
