Roped In

Happy Memorial Day! Or as I like to call it, Cheers to The Unofficial Start of Summer Day! (with cocktail in hand of course). Whatever you call it, warm weather and longer days have finally arrived, and it's time to get into the beachy spirit. I love anything nautical all year round, but I am especially into the whole theme during the summer months.

I currently have this Stella Floor Lamp from Urban Outfitters in my living area, and while I like it I have had my eye on this amazing rope lamp from Anthropologie for months, and especially now since I am in the mood for all things nautical and beachy. However, at nearly $350 it is not really in my budget right now...

But luckily, I found a great frugal finds alternative! Thanks to my trusty go-to Amazon, I was able to find the nearly identical rope floor lamp for $184.29! While I am not sure that I will be spending even that much on a lamp, it is good to know that if I do come into some money (best spent on yet another accessory for my apartment, right?) that this more affordable option is available!
